Parcelhuse bliver st\u00f8rre, familier bliver boende l\u00e6ngere i for store boliger, og f\u00e6rre flytter, selv n\u00e5r behovene \u00e6ndrer sig. Det \u00f8ger b\u00e5de ressourceforbruget og boligens klimaaftryk. Derfor er vi g\u00e5et sammen med CONCITO og Det Kongelige Akademi om projektet &#8220;Den gode bolig p\u00e5 f\u00e6rre kvadratmeter&#8221;, st\u00f8ttet af Realdania.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"817\">Behave Green har gennemf\u00f8rt en antropologisk unders\u00f8gelse blandt 30 danske husejere, som kortl\u00e6gger:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"1256\">\n<li data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"942\">\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"942\">Hvordan dr\u00f8mmer danskerne om at bo?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"942\">\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"942\">Hvordan oplever danskerne den plads, de har?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"942\">\n<p data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"942\">Hvordan kan man bo godt p\u00e5 f\u00e6rre kvadratmeter?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Som en del af projektet har CONCITO udgivet analysen <a href=\"https:\/\/concito.dk\/udgivelser\/boligens-klimaaftryk\">Boligens klimaaftryk<\/a> og Det center;\">Hvad var resultatet?<\/h1>\n<p>Danskerne bor st\u00f8rre og st\u00f8rre \u2013 og tendensen ser ud til at forts\u00e6tte. Der er en lang r\u00e6kke kulturelle, \u00f8konomiske og praktiske \u00e5rsager til, at boligarealet stiger:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vi dr\u00f8mmer om boligkvaliteter, der tager plads<\/strong><br \/>\nDeltagernes boligdr\u00f8mme handler i h\u00f8jere grad om oplevet kvalitet end om antal kvadratmeter. Idealerne om lys, luft, udsigt og g\u00e6stfrihed driver \u00f8nsket om mere plads, men de samme kvaliteter kan godt skabes uden at udvide arealet. Store vinduespartier og adgang eller kig til uderum kan give fornemmelse af lys og luft, mens hjemlige, men uforpligtende f\u00e6llesfaciliteter som g\u00e6stev\u00e6relser og opholdsrum kan reducere behovet for private v\u00e6relser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vi flytter ikke, n\u00e5r vores behov \u00e6ndrer sig<\/strong><br \/>\nDeltagerne k\u00f8ber boliger efter fremtidens behov og bliver boende i store boliger, der r\u00e6kker langt ud over deres aktuelle behov. Dr\u00f8mme, f\u00f8lelser, minder, \u00f8konomi og besv\u00e6ret ved at flytte betyder, at man planl\u00e6gger hjemmet efter dr\u00f8mme for fremtiden og bliver boende, ogs\u00e5 efter b\u00f8rnene er fraflyttet. For at skabe bev\u00e6gelse i det nuv\u00e6rende flyttem\u00f8nster kr\u00e6ver det, at flytning g\u00f8res nemmere og mere attraktiv: lavere omkostninger, praktisk hj\u00e6lp til oprydning og flere mindre boliger i eksisterende nabolag. Samtidig b\u00f8r fort\u00e6llingen om at flytte \u00e6ndres fra et tab til en gevinst.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vi tilpasser ikke de sm\u00e5 boliger, s\u00e5 de matcher vores behov<\/strong><br \/>\nMange kan forestille sig at bo p\u00e5 f\u00e6rre kvadratmeter, hvis boligen er godt indrettet. Alligevel frav\u00e6lges sm\u00e5 boliger, fordi de opfattes som ufleksible eller \u201cf\u00e6rdige\u201d produkter. Der ligger et stort potentiale i at vise, hvordan mindre boliger kan tilpasses skiftende behov. Eksisterende huse kan renoveres eller opdeles, hvis beboerne f\u00e5r teknisk, praktisk og \u00f8konomisk st\u00f8tte.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Den 20. november 2025 afholdt vi i samarbejde med Det Kongelige Akademi og CONCITO et symposium om vores f\u00e6lles projekt. Med afs\u00e6t i projektets analyser gav symposiet ny og v\u00e6rdifuld kvalificering af, hvordan indsigterne kan oms\u00e6ttes til handling.
