Disse ambitioner har vi underst\u00f8ttet gennem facilitering og udvikling af en borgerinddragelsesproces, tilrettelagt for fire specifikke m\u00e5lgrupper, udpeget af kommunen selv: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unge<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">okale gr\u00f8nne ildsj\u00e6le<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00f8nt R\u00e5d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> og to udvalgte <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: center;\">S\u00e5dan l\u00f8ste vi opgaven<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I samarbejde med Lejre Kommune udviklede Behave Green en r\u00e6kke workshopformater, der kunne tilpasses og genbruges p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af fire forskellige m\u00e5lgrupper i inddragelsesprocessen for at sikre tv\u00e6rg\u00e5ende indsigter og bredere engagement. Gennem m\u00e5lrettede \u00f8velser som tema-workshops og fremtidsvisioner, hvor deltagerne blev opfordret til at forestille sig b\u00e6redygtige l\u00f8sninger for Lejre Kommune om fem \u00e5r, blev de engageret i at formulere konkrete l\u00f8sninger samt mulige samarbejdspartnere og -former p\u00e5 klimaomr\u00e5det. For de unge skabte vi visuelle \u00f8velser som word clouds og post-it-baserede aktiviteter om deres eget CO\u2082-aftryk og id\u00e9er til en mere b\u00e6redygtig hverdag. I landsbyerne og blandt ildsj\u00e6lene byggede vi videre p\u00e5 tema\u00f8velser, hvor deltagerne b\u00e5de reflekterede over deres lokale kvaliteter samt de muligheder og udfordringer, de ser i forhold til klimainitiativer. Solcelleanl\u00e6gget er et eksempel p\u00e5 det modsatte &#8211; det er blottet for lokal forankring.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deltager p\u00e5 landsbyworkshop<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_9e0317aa height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container content-width-default\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Hvad var resultatet?<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi udarbejdede et notat til kommunalbestyrelsen, der skitserer konkrete anbefalinger til klimaplanen, s\u00e5som en bred eftersp\u00f8rgsel blandt deltagerne om, at Lejre Kommune indt\u00e6nker og integrerer hensyn til naturen og det \u00e5bne land i etableringen af fx vedvarende energi-infrastruktur. Udover konkrete input til klimaplanen lykkedes det workshopsene at mobilisere deltagerne og deres engagement inden for klimaomr\u00e5det. Blandt andet udarbejdede de unge en skitse til et Unge Klimar\u00e5d, der kan give de unge en stemme i kommunens gr\u00f8nne agenda, som de \u00f8nsker, at kommunen etablerer. Et andet forslag fra en gruppe deltagere er et samarbejde med kommunen og skolerne om at etablere en vidensbank, der giver skolerne i kommunen mulighed for at tr\u00e6kke p\u00e5 den faglige viden og de kompetencer, som nogle for\u00e6ldre har indenfor klimaomr\u00e5det. Derudover var der flere id\u00e9er til lokale initiativer s\u00e5som samarbejder med lokale gr\u00f8ntsagsproducenter, dele\u00f8konomiske tiltag og gr\u00f8nne f\u00e6llesmiddage. Workshopsene lykkedes s\u00e5ledes med at underst\u00f8tte borgernes tillid til og tro p\u00e5, at de gennem f\u00e6llesskaber kan styrke hinandens
